Exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join a successful organisation

Previous experience in the construction industry would be advantageous as the role demands good technical knowledge with up to date logistics and control software

Significant experience is required, coupled with good IT skills. The successful candidate will be a well organised administrator with the ability to manage the installations, operations and supplier relationships along with driving through change and improvements at a time of growth and consolidation

The successful candidate will be able to build a cohesive team able to improve productivity and profitability through an efficiently run Operations function. Success in this role could be an opportunity to advance significantly within the organisation

• Diverse experience working in busy offices ideally within construction or related industries
• Meeting the challenges of new situations and opportunities
• Analysing, understanding and handling financial data and information
• Ability to assimilate, assess and act upon large volumes of information from a variety of sources
• Ability to maintain professional standards whilst operating under pressure
• Ability to work at all levels
• High standards of integrity
• Self motivated, confident negotiator
• Excellent IT skills
